Dealers
Dealers: If you wish to set up an account with us, please give us a call, email us, or fill in the online form which you will find below the dealer account form below. We also welcome the placement of orders via our websight.
Shipping
Shipping: We ship our cooling units FED EX or UPS ground. Most orders are shipped within 48 hrs. Any units larger than 8 cubic feet will be shipped truck freight to a business or closest terminal for pick up. Delivering a freight shipment to any residence is subject to an additional surcharge of 94.50. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to give us a call at 951-785-7001
Warranty
Warranty: All COOL-FUN, LLC. Cooling Units are warranted for the first two years of purchase to the original purchaser (RETAIL CUSTOMER) Freight is covered for the first 30 days of the Warranty Period. Cooling units will be shipped F.O.B COOL-FUN LLC, Riverside, California freight collect. The customer is responsible for freight both ways on the units. To learn more about our warranty click here.
Core Policy
Core Policy: We don’t have a core charge but we want our core units back. We will bill you upfront for the shipping and supply a return shipping label at no cost to you. The Warranty is not active until we receive the core. We will contact you with more information on our core returns. To learn more about our Core Return Policy & Procedures click here.
Defected Cooling Units Must Be Returned To Cool-fun Llc. Within 30 Days Of Our Shipping Date Or The Warranty Will Be Forfeited.
We supply remanufactured cooling units to R.V. dealers and Service centers. On top of that, we also welcome retail customers. If you have any questions or concerns regarding the purchase of a single unit, please don’t hesitate to email us or give us a call.
