Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

We offer a 30-day return and refund policy. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot provide a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging.

Please note that products that have been installed or altered in any way are not eligible for return.

Partial Refunds

In certain situations, partial refunds may be issued:

• A 20% restocking fee applies to all returned cooling systems.
• Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to reasons beyond our control.
• Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within two business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take up to 21 days for the refund to post to your account. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please reach out to us at [email protected].

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. To exchange an item for the same product, please email us at [email protected], and we will arrange for the return and replacement of the product.

Return Shipping

To return your product, please contact us at [email protected] to begin the return process.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the restocking fee, original shipping costs, and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
